Behind the screams: how the haunt gets built

People are always surprised to learn the haunted house you walk through in twenty minutes takes the better part of a year to build. Planning starts in winter. Framing goes up in late summer. And the final month is a blur of paint, props, wiring, and a thousand tiny details most guests will never consciously notice, but would absolutely feel if they were missing.

Then, every November, we tear the whole thing down. On purpose. Because the only thing scarier than a haunted house is a brand new one nobody has seen before.

Come October, you can judge the results yourself. Bring someone to grab onto.
