Tickets and entry
Online tickets are for the Evening Haunt and include a one hour entry window. Arrive any time within your window, one QR code covers your whole group, and the door keeps count as your group arrives. Running late past your window? Come anyway the same night, check in at the door line and we will get you through.
Age guidance
The Evening Haunt is intense and we recommend it for ages 10 and up. Family Fun Hours are built for younger kids: lights up, no actors. Children must be supervised by an adult inside at all times, during both experiences.
The scares
Our actors will never touch you, and we ask the same courtesy in return: no touching the actors, the sets, or the props. Anyone who gets rough with our volunteers or our build will be walked out without a refund.
Safety first
No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or outside drinks inside. No running. Follow volunteer directions at all times, they know the building better than anyone. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone at our discretion for the safety of guests and volunteers.
Photos and videos
Photography is welcome, but no flash inside the haunt, and we ask you to hold off posting interior photos and videos until the season ends so nobody's first walkthrough gets spoiled.
Weather
We are a rain or shine event, and parts of the experience are outdoors. Dress for the forecast. If severe conditions ever make things unsafe we will pause or cancel, and cancelled nights are refunded in full automatically.
The property
The haunted house is hosted at Hillcrest Farm Market. Please park in the marked areas, respect the property and its neighbours, and pack out what you bring in.
The obvious part
By buying a ticket you agree to these rules. Haunted houses involve darkness, sudden scares, loud sounds, strobe and fog effects, and uneven walking surfaces; enter at your own risk and sit a night out if that is not for you, no hard feelings. Our refund policy is here.
