What we know, and why.

What we collect
When you buy tickets: your email address and order details, so we can deliver your tickets and look you up at the door. Card payments are handled entirely by Square on their secure checkout; we never see or store your card number. When you apply to volunteer or send us a message: whatever you put in the form, including contact details and, for acting roles, costume sizing.
How our website counts visits
We use our own simple, cookieless analytics to count page visits and see which pages people find useful. It stores no names, no accounts, and nothing that identifies you. During ad campaign season we may also use advertising tools like the Meta Pixel so we can tell whether our ads are working; those tools follow their own privacy policies.
What we do with it
Run the haunted house: deliver tickets, manage the door, organize volunteers, answer messages, and understand our attendance from season to season. That is the whole list. We never sell your information, full stop.
Where it lives
Your information is stored with trusted service providers we use to run the site and ticketing, and some of them store data on servers outside Canada. Payment records live with Square under their own policies.
Your choices
Want to know what we have about you, or want it removed? Write info@bmhh.ca and we will take care of it. Note that order records tied to completed payments are kept as long as bookkeeping requires.
