Refund policy
The fine print, plainly.

All ticket sales are final
We do not offer refunds on tickets. We are a volunteer run fundraiser, and every ticket sold goes toward the season and our donation to the KGH Foundation's McNair Mental Health Unit.
If we cancel a night
If we ever have to cancel an event night, everyone with tickets for that night receives a full refund to their original payment method, automatically. No need to ask. Depending on your bank it can take a few business days to appear.
Need a different night?
Life happens, and we are happy to exchange your tickets from one night to another when we can. Write us at info@bmhh.ca with your order reference and the night you would like instead. Your specific entry time slot may not be guaranteed on the new night, but we will do our best.
Rain or shine
We run rain or shine, and parts of the experience are outdoors. Weather is not grounds for a refund unless we cancel the night for safety, in which case the cancellation policy above applies.
