Everything you are wondering
Questions, answered.
What are the dates and times for this year's haunted house?
Eight nights, October 16 to 31, 2026. Evening Haunts run 6 to 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays and 6 to 9pm on Sundays, with door sales starting at 5:30pm. Family Fun Hours run most Saturdays and Sundays from 12 to 3pm, check the schedule for exact days.
Where is the haunted house located?
Hillcrest Farm Market, 700 Hwy 33 E, Kelowna BC. Free parking on site, and we encourage carpooling.
How much are tickets, and where do I buy them?
Evening Haunt: $20 general admission 19 and over, $15 for students 13 to 18, and $7.50 for youth 12 and under, all prices GST included. Buy online to pick your entry window, and orders of four or more tickets get 10% off automatically with the Family Pass. Family Fun Hours are $5 per person at the door, under 3 free, no ticket needed.
Is the haunted house suitable for children?
The Evening Haunt is intense and we recommend it for ages 10 and up. For younger kids, Family Fun Hours are the perfect sneak peek: same incredible sets, lights up, no actors, plus carnival activities. Children must be supervised inside.
Is the haunted house wheelchair accessible?
Yes. If you have specific accessibility needs, write us at info@bmhh.ca ahead of your visit and we will make sure you are looked after.
How scary is it, honestly?
Genuinely scary. Live actors, sudden scares, chilling sets, and a haunting atmosphere that follows you from room to room. It is built so being scared is the fun part, and most people come out laughing. Eventually.
Is it the same haunt every year?
Never. We tear the whole thing down every November and build something completely new: new layout, new rooms, new scares. Even if you have been before, you have never seen this one.
What should I wear?
Comfortable shoes and clothes you can move in. Parts of the experience are outdoors, so dress for the weather. Costumes are welcome.
What happens if it rains?
We are a rain or shine event. We only pause if severe conditions make things unsafe, and we post real time updates on our social media if that ever happens.
Can I take photos inside?
Yes, photography is allowed. We just ask that you hold off posting photos and videos from inside until the season is over, so nobody's first walkthrough gets spoiled.
What is your refund policy?
All ticket sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an event night is cancelled. If we ever have to cancel, refunds go back to your original payment method. Full details on the refund policy page.
Can I sponsor the event or donate to the cause?
Absolutely, and thank you. Proceeds support the KGH Foundation's McNair Mental Health Unit. Write us at info@bmhh.ca and we will take it from there.
Can I volunteer?
Yes! Build crew, scare actors, makeup, front of house, there is a place for everyone. Head to the volunteer page and send us a note.
