Every October starts with months of planning, late nights, laughter, and problem solving. Many of our volunteers have been coming back since the very beginning, some entire families of them, and every fall the crew gets a little bigger. No experience needed for any of it. There is a place for you here, and every hour you give helps raise money for mental health in Kelowna.
August to October
Build crew
Construction, props, and set design. Framing, walls, paint, and a thousand details. Sawdust guaranteed, skills optional, we teach as we go.
Haunt nights in October
Scare actors
Lead actors, scene actors, and hidden scare actors bring every room to life. Adult and teen scarers welcome, no experience needed, coaching on timing and safety included.

Makeup and costume
Turn neighbours into nightmares. If you can wield a brush or a needle, we need you.

Front of house
Photographers, ticket sales, gift shop attendants, parking attendants, and the kids activity crew. The whole guest experience outside the walls is yours.

Volunteer Appreciation Day.
When the season wraps, we throw a thank you party at the haunted house just for the crew. Food, drinks, and prizes, including best scare and best scream of the year. You build it, you haunt it, you get celebrated for it.
